With the rapid development of economy,China's economic development has shown a diversified trend in recent years.After Premier of the State Council Li Keqiang ever issued a "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" call,many entrepreneurial enterprises sprung up.The appearance of these enterprises have not only been applying people's more employment opportunities and improving people's living standards,but also promoting our country's economy development.However,owing to the entrepreneurial enterprises generally small size,high risk,low visibility,all kinds of management system not perfect and other factors,they will face a variety of challenges in the fierce market competition.So if enterprises can survive smoothly,talents play an important role.Scientific and reasonable salary system is the key to retain talent.On the basis of the introduction of salary theory,this paper discusses the optimization of salary system in entrepreneurial stage with KS company as the research object.The paper firstly clarifies the background,content,the meaning studies and research method,and collects the relevant theories as the cornerstone of the thesis writing.Secondly,summarize the status of the company's human resources management,and analyze in detail the company's existing pay system to provide the direction of optimization.In addition,combined with the investigation and analysis of the salary system of KS company and market salary survey,KS company's salary system exists many problems.In view of the existing problems and shortcomings,we use job analysis and job evaluation methods,combined with the application of compensation theory etc,structural optimize the positions of various departments of KS company employee salary system,which will be more targeted every position.Optimize the welfare system,and try to little increase the cost of enterprises to meet the growing diversity of staff demand.Based on the actual situation of KS company,the paper uses the empirical case analysis method to optimize the salary system of the KS company in the entrepreneurial stage through the literature review,data analysis and questionnaire survey.Salary system optimizing not only can enhance the enterprise manpower resources,improve the efficiency of enterprises management and promote the sustainable development of enterprise,but also it can be used as a reference for other similar entrepreneurial enterprises in China.
