Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Shanxi Vinegar Logistics

As an important condiment,Shanxi vinegar not only represents the culture of Shanxi,but also promotes the economic development of Shanxi.However,in recent years,the increase in the cost of vinegar logistics hinders its development seriously.As a result,how to reduce the logistics costs and improve economic efficiency has become an important aspect of the development strategy of Shanxi vinegar.Based on field investigation and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the present situation of Shanxi logistics from the aspect of logistics management and engineering.It comes to the conclusion that there are many problems in Shanxi vinegar's transport,distribution,packaging,warehousing,logistics management and other logistics activities.And by considering the domestic and foreign agricultural products logistics development situations,this paper puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions on how to optimize the transport line,improve the degree of mechanization,reduce logistics cost and increase economic efficiency,aiming at promoting the Shanxi vinegar development.
