Study On Improving The Comprehensive Grain Production Capacity Of Anhui

Food safety in our country,underlying the national security,is directly associated with the comprehensive crop productivity.Therefore,Ensuring crops yield stability and safety is always important and fundamental in constructing a happy society in China.Many positive measures have been taken in stabilizing and improving crops comprehensive productivity in Anhui province.The targets of these methods are to ensure the lower cost,greater effectiveness and quality of crops production.The commodity rate and export of crop are all in a high level in Anhui province.And thus,it's an important topic and project to learn how to manage the"National granary".Anhui province is one of six provinces of crop exportation,having a population of 61.44 million,and The importance of crop production in this area is evident.A viewpoint of overcapacity of crop production has a negative influence on the crop safety because of continuous improvement of crop yield over the years.However it must be clearly recognized that the stepwise overcapacity of production should be resolved by cropping adjustment and market guide to inhibit overcapacity and improve crop comprehensive production.Many methods have been adopted to increase crop comprehensive production,including infrastructure reform of production,enlargement of high-quality planting area,development of crop varieties with high resistance,optimization crop distribution,improvement of high-standard farmland construction and centralization,realization of large-scale management,enlargement of crops market circulation,promotion of the construction of"Crops safety",and improvement of agricultural technology.The current situation of crop production in Anhui province is very desirable with the implementation of many methods and government's policy.The crop production and its ability continue to increase,which bumper-harvest of crops(3.54×10~7t in total)has been sustained twelve cropping seasons(2004-2015).But some problems arising with high crop harvest must be further investigated.The crops comprehensive productivity is often inhibited by many factors,of which,the high-quality-farmland decrease and weak fundamental infrastructure are the main problems.These problems should be more focused and resolved.Because of the main inhibitors,the crops comprehensive productivity can't be further improved.The other problems are lower social services and subsidy of crop farming in Anhui province.This situation can not fit the requirements of the standard and large-scale crops production.The high agricultural technology and financial supports can't be easily accessed for farmers.The third problem associated with crop production is natural resource overuse,environmental degradation and low-quality of farmer.The fourth problem is that cause lower efficiency of crop production.The sustainable development of crop production will be inhibited if these problems associated cannot be significantly focused and resolved in Anhui province.It is an important topic to know how to change the quantity to quality of crops production in ensuring the improvement of crop comprehensive productivity in Anhui province.In this study,several methods and suggestions are proposed to realize the sustainable development of crop production.These methods should be applied in ensuring the crop quality and safety,mainly including that scientific farm model,reduction of chemical fertilizer usage and greenhouse gas emission,development of comprehensive culture of rice land,realization of recycling utilization of resource,integrated pest management,saving-water irrigation,application of low-poisonous and less-residual pesticide.At the same time,establishment of demonstration county of green-high-yield crops is to improve green-crop production in Anhui province.The cropping structure should be timely adjusted and the supply-side reform is also conducted according to the national policy and the situation of internal-extern crop markets.The binary cropping structure of"food crops-economical crops"should be changed to ternary structure of"food crops-economical crops-forage crop".Simultaneously,the internal structure of food crops is needed to optimized,including reduction of grain maize planting area,and increase of planting area of fresh-food and silage maize.And the stable production and increased income of agriculture will be realized through fostering the good brand of“Wanliang”in Anhui province.In Anhui province,high quality wheat and rice production should be greatly developed to provide good raw materials of good brand crops using the area advantage of crop production and natural resources.Based on the needs of“Main-food kitchen”and“Safety crops and oil”,the good crops brands will be established through adjusting small crops brand to modern big brand.These methods will promote the development of known crops enterprises.As a result,the crops production will change from"quantity"to"quality"in Anhui province.Some useful investigations have been performed to improve crops comprehensive production ability by personnel training,such as,"youth farmers training"and"new professional farmer"originated from Anhui Agricultural University.The University has opened major courses and provided comprehensive practice for“youth farmers”in order that they can learn the theory and all kinds of technologies of crops production.These courses also make them focus on crops quality and safety and learn how to realize the fast connection between crops production and food market.In summary,to provide a theoretical basis for the department of food management bureau,this thesis explored the concept of crop comprehensive productivity,analyzed crop productivity and existing problems,investigated the modern Agricultural development fashions from conventional to sustainable and ecological cropping.
