Research On The Scale Production Stability Of China's Crop Production Industry

With the promotion of the country,China's agricultural scale management has achieved fruitful results,but in the current scale of China's agricultural development has just started,but there have been agricultural production instability.Firstly,This paper describes the status of agricultural production instability under the scale of operation.At present,the instability of agricultural production is mainly manifested in the cultivation of large "abandoned farming and breach of contract" and the modern breeding factory of animal husbandry.Secondly,this paper analyzes the reasons of non-stable agricultural production in scale from three aspects.The reason is as follows: First,the scale agriculture does not bring about the decrease of agricultural production cost.In this paper,from the low efficiency of local agricultural production,High agricultural costs,the scale of agriculture in China at the beginning of the strong asset speciality to push up the cost of agriculture,the strong political relationship between the countryside capital and the resistance of farmers to scale agricultural operators five angles on the scale of agriculture failed to reduce agricultural production costs The paper analyzes the contradiction between the scale of the "high yield,high stock,high import",the contradiction between the scale operation and the brand construction,and the contradiction between the scale operation and the information asymmetry.The paper analyzes the internal logic of agricultural production instability caused by agricultural products market.Thirdly,the instability of agricultural production on the scale caused by the external environment,this paper from the scale of agriculture and the natural environment and the social and economic environment of the two aspects of instability to specify.Finally,this paper,combined with the successful experience of foreign countries,puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the stable development of agriculture in China in view of the above factors affecting the instability of agricultural production.First,reduce production costs,to achieve stable development of agricultural scale management.One is to regulate the government subsidies to scale agriculture,improve the government incentive policy;the second is to promote the appropriate scale of agriculture management;third is to change the attitude of farmers on the scale of agricultural companies to strengthen corporate social responsibility;Fourth,strict supervision of industrial and commercial capital to the countryside,weaken its Political relations;five is to improve the scale of agricultural enterprises in the technical level.Again,improve the agricultural market factors.One is to promote the scale of agricultural management structure optimization and upgrading;the second is to enhance the scale of agricultural enterprises brand awareness and ability;third is to promote the scale of agricultural information channel flow.Finally,we must improve the external environment for agricultural development.One is to promote the construction of agricultural insurance,to avoid the natural environment risks;the second is to stabilize the macroeconomic environment,to avoid economic risks.
