Faced with increasingly fierce competitive environment,especially the talent competition,who has the talent,who will have to win the future of capital.How to attract and retain talent,the problem has become the focus of attention.Recruitment as the main work of human resources management,has always been the most attention of corporation's executives and human resources management's issues.How to retain and attract talent to protect enterprises,create a business talent magnetic field,and enhance the performance.Recruitment is playing a important role in the competition between enterprises.More companies have realized that the competition between companies is actually the quality of staff competition,the core of human resources management is the talent mining and training.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background?the research purpose?the significance?the research method and the technical route.The second chapter introduces the present situation of recruitment of Y corporation,the current recruitment problems of Y corporation,analyzes and categorizes the problems.In the third chapter,forwards some suggestions and advice to improve the recruitment of the company,such as improving the professionalism of the recruiters,improving the recruitment process,optimizing the recruitment channels and improving the recruitment techniques,establishing a reasonable and effective talent pool,establishing a perfect recruitment evaluation system and training system.In the fourth chapter,discusses the implementation and guarantee measures of recruitment in Y corporation,and realizes the matching and support of the recruitment to the development of the corporation.In the fifth chapter,concluding the summary,and put forwards the future research.
