| The information service industry with its unique high value-added and high-permeability become the fastest growing and most active industry in the information industry today,and access to the academic and practical areas of great importance.However,it is the level of technical efficiency that is uneven and large regional differences,owing to the complexity of social factors and geographical features in china.At the same time,the spillover effect will be in a certain to narrowing the gap between regions.For the time being,What is the gap of the technical efficiency between regions of the information services industry? What are the factors that affect the technical efficiency of information services?These are the urgent need to solve the problem of improving the technical efficiency of the information service industry.Based on the study of the technical efficiency literatures of information service industry at home and abroad,this paper firstly defines the connotation of information service industry,technical efficiency and regional difference,and then analyzes the present situation of information service industry in China and uses the method of data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)to measure and calculate technical efficiency of the information service industry in 30 provinces(cities)and autonomous regions(except Tibet)in mainland China,and draw the technical efficiency level of information service industry as a whole in China and various provinces during the inspection period,and the ? convergence test is carried out.Due to differences in the convergence of the eight regions,so it has a deap analysis for the development level of information service industry,and finally draws the conclusion and puts forward relevant suggestions.The results show that the overall level of information technology service industry in China is at the moderate level during the investigation period,and there is a ? convergent tendency of technical efficiency in the whole country and the eight regions.However,the technical efficiency of the information service industry is quite different in the eight regions;and the technical efficiency of the internal information industry in the southern coastal region,the northwest region and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River showed a gradual expansion of the trend,and the remaining five areas are presented the Constantly narrowing the trend.In the case of openness and government behavior as the control variables,this paper analyzes the impact of R & D investment,infrastructure level,human capital on the information service industry.They have a significant role in promoting the technical efficiency of information services industry.The level of sound infrastructure will help improve technical efficiency,and strong R & D investment and human capital investment is also to promote information services industry.This requires the information service industry "both internally and externally," it is necessary to strengthen the external environment and internal environment and continue to attract talents for scientific research and innovation,while increasing financial support for innovation,in order to promote the technical efficiency of information services industry. |
