Since 2009,Consumer Finance Companies pilot,after more than 7 years of development,to the end of 2016 pilot Consumer Finance Companies from the rapid development of the 4 to the 22,the scale of consumer financial markets continue to expand.With the national policy on the relaxation of the consumer finance industry,consumer acceptance of consumer finance continues to improve,the development of the consumer finance industry golden period.Because of our country's personal credit system is not perfect,the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect,consumer finance market also has many aspects need to cultivate and regulate,consumer finance industry is facing both the opportunity and challenge.At present,the consumer finance industry formed a licensed Consumer Finance Companies(including the banking department and industrial department),the Internet financial company(business department),P2P(platform)flowers put the situation,the consumer finance industry competition has rapidly expanded.Although the existing financial institutions is not enough to carve up the market,with micro credit consumption market in China the rapid formation of the Internet and the deepening of private capital inflows,the future Consumer Finance market competition will become increasingly fierce,within a few years of consumer finance this piece of blue ocean will become the Red Sea,according to the consumer finance industry at the present stage of development.Study on Consumer Finance Companies how to choose the suitable competition strategy is very necessary.In this context,this paper takes H Consumer Finance Companies as a case study,mainly from five aspects to study and explore the competitive strategy for companies.The first is the development status of the current consumption of China's financial industry background,development trends and companies are introduced.The second is analysis of the external environment of the consumer finance industry,analysis of five forces model PEST analysis and industry competitive environment including macro environment;The third is the analysis of companies internal environment,including the analysis of current brand,human companies capital,resources and marketing,risk control ability;The fourth is to make analysis of companies' competition strategy,including SWOT analysis,vision and goals,the choice of competitive strategy;The last is from the precise positioning of customers demand,build wind control and scene of core competitiveness,financing channels,strengthen the core business investment,brand reputation and other aspects of the differentiation strategy,and on the implementation of differentiation strategy,from the risk control,and puts forward the measures and several incentive mechanism the constraint mechanism,cost management.This paper uses the method of literature research and case analysis to explore the competitive strategy of companies:(1)Although the H Consumer Finance Companies in the industry to maintain the leading position,but in the face of fierce competition,the future of the mobile Internet and the rapid development of big data technology,actively respond to competition needs,strengthen the competitive advantage is the future remains an important step,the implementation of differentiated competitive strategy is the only choice.(2)H Consumer Finance Companies to adopt differentiation strategy,we must first differentiated positioning customers,mining new blue collar consumer groups and consumer goods will be in the inner loop of customers into financial customers;secondly to strengthen risk control,from mining to seize the consumer scene and the core competitiveness of the three aspects of reducing the cost of financing the travel alienation reflected finally;Third is to increase the core system investment,streamline processes and reduce operating costs;finally,practice Inclusive Finance as the starting point,to create brand image differentiation.H Consumer Finance Companies only through differentiation to create a competitive advantage,in order to homogeneity in the consumer finance industry in the unconventional,always stand in the position of benchmarking.(3)In the implementation of differentiation strategy,to do a good job from the internal risk control,formulate the cost and improve the management mechanism,the establishment of the three aspects of human resources management incentive and restraint mechanisms provide support measures,to provide a powerful guarantee for the implementation of differentiation strategy in the future of the consumer finance industry competition.
