In today's global economy development with high speed,the intelligent consumer electronics industry is facing increasingly fierce competition in the market,to keep in a stable position in the market competition,enterprises must constantly seek technology innovation and variety of product line,to achieve the sustainable development of the enterprise through the strategic transformation.The T Company which is belong to the intelligent consumer electronics industry,faces increasingly severe market competition and more strong competitors,so it is inevitable that T company faces huge challenges and adjustment.The company's development plan is very important to its survival and development.If T Company want to create and maintain competitive advantage for a long time,it need to enhance the initiative and the ability of self-reliance.To help to carry out the management plan,T Company needs to upgrade core competitiveness to strengthen its technology development and operation management ability,also it can help the company to defeat environmental changes,and can keep dynamic balance in internal and external conditions changes.This article selects T Company as the representative company in intelligent consumer electronics industry,and based on T Company's daily management,and strategic transformation,this article tries to carry on a thorough analysis.First,takes strategic transformation and the core competence theory as the guide,this article based on T Company's business situation,to study and analyze T Company's core competitiveness elements.The elements are divided into five major categories,and 17 small classes.Secondly,based on the elements,the article builds the T Company's core competitiveness evaluation index system which can identify elements of the core competitive capacity of the enterprise.Using the analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation method,this article builds primary index to construct judgment matrix,and through the calculation and determine the weights of each element.Based on the analysis of the primary index,this article gets the ranked factors of T Company's core competence.Finally,based on the factors ranking situation,and the current development trend of the intelligent consumer electronics industry and T company's management present situation,this article proposes the measures for the T company on how to cultivate and enhance the core competence,that is with"artificial Intelligence" era,the T company's management,innovation ability,the core technology,cultural construction,and human resources construction needs to raise to a higher level to gain competitive advantage in the increasingly fierce market competition.
