Food safety is a vital event,the restaurant industry as an important part of food safety,bearing the stimulating consumption,expanding domestic demand,leisure entertainment,carry forward the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,etc.Food safety is the basic needs of the masses,and the healthy development of catering industry and important guarantee of national security.Catering industry as the end link in food safety,food safety risk is accumulating,catering link is bearing the weight of the risk of the whole food industry chain,is a food safety accident and a high incidence of foodborne illness,prone to link.At present,in terms of food service industry,low barriers to entry,low quality of practitioners,food safety responsibility consciousness,only by regulators daily regulation cannot achieve the healthy development of catering industry.In this paper,the study found that Weihai economic and technological development zone,there are regulatory pertinence is not strong,weak enforcement and supervision of staff training does not reach the designated position,etc.In this article,through analysis of Weihai economic and technological development zone catering service through technology zone,the current situation of food safety supervision,food and beverage service at home and abroad for reference,the food safety supervision of the typical experience,to increase the food and beverage service technical support system for food safety supervision,strengthen the construction,building credit system construction and build a social supervision system,using literature research and empirical approach to research,this paper aims to improve the technical area of Weihai economic and technological development zone food service level of food safety supervision and safeguard the people's health.In this paper,through collecting 2016 Weihai economic and technological development zone catering service units by technical data and food industry regulators based data,and to analyze the skill area catering services,the advantages and disadvantages of food safety regulation,combining with the excellent food and beverage service of food safety supervision cases at home and abroad,trying to in the perspective of Weihai economic and technological development zone by skill area,provide someSuggestions for basic food and beverage service of food safety supervision.Face the new form of food and beverage service of food safety supervision,regulators should continue to strengthen its own construction at the grass-roots level,through the construction of grass-roots catering services food safety supervision network,building the common governance mode,emphasize the restaurant first responsible practitioners,arouse the enthusiasm of the public supervision measures to curb catering services such as crime of food safety and food safety malignant events.Gradually improve the catering services food safety regulatory system,optimizing the regulatory environment,make food safety regulation towards progressively institutionalized,standardization,procedural \ "seamless management\" track.The innovation of this article mainly has two aspects: first,to explore applying HACCP control system,in the government affair regulation is put forward to focus on the key link to the food and beverage service food safety control and regulation.The second,in this paper,by adopting the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative research methods,was analyzed by using the data system of Weihai food service based data by skill,combing theory and practice of the regulation of food safety at home and abroad,trying to provide countermeasures to Weihai by skill area food regulatory thinking.
