Welfare management is an important part of salary in enterprise management,most of the use of the protection of the way,the distribution is also based on the actual situation of the enterprise is slightly different,almost all employees are available,is a mechanism of incentives and means.Scientific and reasonable welfare for enterprises to bring not only incentives,but also to improve corporate image and cohesion of the important means,and also reflects the spirit of human enterprise management,the incentive effect of the staff far from the money can be compared.The author from the BG company reality,make a welfare reform plan on BG company,the article focuses on the feasibility of diversification of welfare.The author believes that the face of different employees,managers if not try to think about how to arrange reasonable staff will be artificially created an insurmountable gap,more companies will lose the performance advantage of human resources,leading to loss of the original enterprise Competitive Advantage.In this paper,the use of performance management ideas on the BG company welfare system construction research,and then supplement the perfect incentive theory research,theoretical research for the welfare system to provide examples to support.
