Leadership as a business leader,as the strategy makers and executors,for an enterprise's current and future development has a crucial role,enterprises in both primary,middle or senior leaders and their words and deeds are employees are concerned.Different leadership style will lead to different leadership efficiency,different leadership efficiency will produce different levels of performance.Psychological capital,as the third big capital after the human capital and social capital,is put forward as a better study of the role of human capital in the organization performance is of great significance.In the study of psychological capital through the review of the literature found that previous studies mainly concentrated on the level of an individual's psychological capital,and a relatively detailed empirical research,some domestic scholars put forward the research on group psychological capital will be the main focus,but the empirical study is little,so in this paper,from the relationship between psychological capital of the group perspective study of transformational leadership and organizational performance.Firstly,the definition of transformational leadership,psychological capital and organizational performance the three research variables and their respective dimension division were defined.Based on the research results of other scholars as well as the deficiencies of the research and the need to focus on the part of the study,this article proposes the research hypothesis and mechanism model.Namely:(1)of transformational leadership on organizational performance have positive effect,(2)transformational leadership has a positive effect on psychological capital,(3)group psychological capital to enhance organizational performance have positive effect,(4)group psychological capital between transformational leadership and organizational performance plays a mediating role.Based on the previous research maturity scale,employees in some enterprises in Shandong Province as the research object,the online and offline questionnaires to obtain data and related data processing and regression analysis using the statistical software spss19.0.The results of the empirical analysis to verify the four overall hypothesis is correct and most of the assumptions have been verified,group psychology capital intransformational leadership in order to change organizational performance to intermediary bridge role.In this paper,in this paper,the management recommendations.Namely,variable leather leadership to focus on the development and cultivate their positive psychological capital,and converge into the power of group bring higher output for the organizational performance.The innovation of this paper is mainly in summary on the basis of previous studies,continuation of the study on the psychological capital and psychological capital research will be extended to the level of psychological capital,and empirical data demonstrate that the proposed feasibility and correctness of the hypothesis,which is to change leadership and organizational performance of intermediary variable selection to enrich and expand,with certain theoretical and practical significance of the research.Finally,the research of this article results are summary statement,pointed out in the data collection and data processing deficiencies in this area,and hope that in subsequent research breakthrough the inadequacies of the study,by expanding the sample size and scope of the study,and with more data processing software to achieve better quality research.
