In today’s increasingly competitive business environment, employee’s creative ideas andsuggestions are very important to the survival and development of enterprises, and theenterprise management on employee voice behavior has important influence, thetransformational leadership is the employees’ psychological capital and employee voicebehavior, and the intermediary organization commitment to staff regulation can maximize themaster spirit, so that enterprises in an invincible position in the market competition, canobtain continuous development. So the research on employee voice behavior has beenhitherto unknown attention, become a hot issue in human resources management ofenterprises in twenty-first Century.Study on the relationship between the study from the enterprise leadership,transformational employees’ psychological capital, organizational commitment and employeevoice behavior of study and research in Chinese, contemporary conditions, employees’psychological capital and organizational commitment based on the perspective of theenterprise employees, mainly in the Guangdong Pearl River Delta as the object of study, aquestionnaire survey was conducted among328employees, then the reliability analysis,confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis and other statisticalmethods, we get the following conclusions:(1) The transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employeepsychological capital, organizational commitment and employee voice behavior;(2) Employees’ psychological capital has significant positive effect on organizationalcommitment, employee voice behavior;(3) Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee voicebehavior;(4) Organizational commitment mediated the relationship between transformationalleadership and employee voice behavior;(5) Organizational commitment intermediary role between psychological capital ofemployees and employee voice behaviorThrough the discussion of this study, hope to by the empirical results of the study providea more complete framework, at the same time in theory and practice to put forward somevaluable suggestions to improve employee voice behavior, harmonious relationship betweenenterprises and employees, promote enterprise harmony, health, sustainable development.
