Strategic management is fundamental for the development of commercial banks.While the business environment is in rapid change,traditional indicator system of performance evaluation,which is mainly based on financial indicators cannot meet the requirements of Strategic management of commercial banks in China.By detailed analyzing the existing indicator system of performance evaluation of JSTD banks,this paper finds the deficiencies in the indicator system and goes in quest for the improvements,to seek a better performance evaluation method.The main innovation point of this paper is introducing balanced-score card(BSC)into the indicator system of performance evaluation.By taking both financial indicators and non-financial indicators into account,BSC can better reflect the business activities of commercial banks and help developing a better strategic management to ease the conflict of the short-term and long-term benefits of banks.With BSC,This paper tries to design a more scientific and reasonable indicator system to improve the strategic management of commercial banks thus improve their core-competitiveness.In this paper,a detailed analysis to the current performance evaluation system for JTSD Bank and build a performance evaluation system based on the Balanced Scorecard.in this paper,mainly Research methods used are literature research、case studies、questionnaires and so on.during the design of BSC,using AHP to determine the weight of index,the paper used in the questionnaire twice.first,search for the problem of JTSD banking exit in the current performance evaluation,the other,comparing the importance of each indicator.Finally,the paper make recommendations in order to guarantee the completion and improve their performance management of JTSD bank.This paper is divided into 5 chapters.The introduction lays out the background of the problem,the significance of the study,the methodologies applied,the structure and the main points to be made.Chapter 2 points out the subsequent study of performance evaluation and gives an introduction to the indicator system of performance evaluation and BSC.Chapter 3 analyses the indicator system of performance evaluation used in JTSD banks and points out the problems now they are faced with.Chapter 4 makes a research on the necessity of putting BSC into the indicator system of performance evaluation.Chapter 5 discusses the design of the indicator system with BSC,including selection of the indicators of BSC,weights of indicators and implementation of the system.
