Along with the rapid growth of our country's economy,Environment load becomes increasingly severer .In order to prevent environment from degradation, various environmental laws and regulations are increasingly strict, Enterprises must strengthen the environmental management, in order to avoid offending related laws and suffer loss; At the same time, Along with the unceasing enhancement of green expense idea and the Green Trade Barrier rising day-by-day, Many enterprises have realized that strengthen the environmental management and set up the Green Brand has become to an important affect for its sustainable development, Obviously, strengthens the environmental management is already imperative, It needs to construct the environment achievements evaluation model to carry on the appraisal for its environmental management achievement. But our country still has many shortcomings in the study of environment achievements evaluation .Such as weak in feasibility for Evaluating indicator system,weak in profession characteristic for Evaluation model's and lack in Empirical study are the most Outstanding questions. Based on the above analysis, This article taking the Balance Scorecard Theory as foundation, Focusing in the feasibility and usability, Has constructed the textile dyeing enterprise's environment achievements evaluation model specifically, Reasonable appraisal can be made by using this model to enterprise's environment achievements and also can provides direction for enterprise's environmental management practice.Besides introduction and conclusion,This article divides into three parts. The first part is the correlation theories outline, This part has provided the rationale and the method support for the later paper research work; The second part is based on the balanced scorecard environment achievements evaluation model construction, this part Based on Balance Scorecard Theory unifies the exterior characteristic of environment question and the product life cycle environmental effect appraisal theory, proposes the evaluation model theory conception, then has carried on the idea validity confirmation for the model conception by carrying on empirical study . The third part, Using the model constructed to carry on the environment achievements appraisal for the case enterprise, Draws the appraisal conclusion and puts forward the environmental management improvement proposal .The research conclusion indicates that may from: the economic effects, the operation flow attribute, the environmental protection community responsibility, the customer attribute, the development potential in all five aspects to carry on the appraisal to enterprise's environmental management achievement.
