Research On The Model Of The New-type Urbanization In Wanjiang Urban Belt

It is the process of urban and rural structure dynamic evolution,population from rural to urban concentration,human's production,living modes and valuable changed by the social and economic development.And the new type of urbanization is the redefinition of urbanization connotation,path selection,based on people-oriented,urban and rural areas as a whole,it is the highly efficient,intensive,ecological urbanization development way.In the eighteenth report pointed to push forward the urbanization construction,improve the quality of urbanization,layout industrial construction.The new round of urbanization construction,add the momentum to the economic development in our country.From 2009 has been launched to 2010 has been replied,Wanjiang cities have caught the attention of party central committee and the state council.Anhui province is first into the national strategic planning.But the scholars and elder people,study on the Wanjiang urban most still stays in the qualitative analysis,especially slim for research of the process of the Wanjiang cities' new-type urbanization.In order to compensate for this defect,based on the national relevant policies,this paper choose the Wanjiang cities as the starting point,uses the knowledge of relevant subjects,such as the new economics of structuralism,regional economic geography and urban economic,from the regional economic development,spacial efficience,urbanization level to concluded the present situations and problems of the new-type urbanization in Wanjiang urban,then choose market and government as the related index,use quantitative analysis to analyses the development level.In the end,it concluded the model of the new-type urbanization of eight cities which in Wangjiang urban.There are three chapters in this paper:The first part as the theoretical part is divided into two chapters.Chapter1 summaries the paper body frame,included the research background,significance,content and structure arrangements,research methods,innovation,and the lack of the paper.Chapter 2,Starting with such concepts as urbanization and the new-type urbanization,and discusses the characteristic of new-type urbanization,then concluded the research status of domestic and overseas.The second part is divided into four chapters.Chapter3,analyses the current situation.Chapter 4,analyses the development mechanism of the new-type urbanization in Wanjiang urban based on the market and government regulation.Chapter 5,Use the quantitative analysis to assess the development mechanism of the new-type urbanization in Wanjiang urban,in order to make the Wanjiang urban realize sustainable development.Chapter 6,analysis the problems of the new-type urbanization in Wanjiang urban.The third part dissertates the development model of new-type urbanization,eight cities are divided into four styles,Hefei is the central city.Wuhu and Maanshan are the cities which along the river,they will be made the WuMa city group.Tongling,Chizhou,Anqing are the middle-sized and small cities,the government want to make Tongchian city group.Chuzhou and Xuancheng are cities which in provincial border.In the paper,it discussed the new-type urbanization development model of this four styles cities.In the end,it provides the policy measures.
