Since the reform and opening up,private colleges and universities struggle in difficult environment,making efforts to move forward with the support of their own efforts and policies,expand their influence in the field of higher education constantly,with the flow of time private colleges and universities have become the important component in higher education now.The private university and college teachers,as the main force in the high education filed,the quality of their pension insurance is not only related to the level of protection for the interests of teachers of private universities,and more related to their own private colleges stable or even rise and fall,however,the private university teachers in the pension situation after retirement did not get the attention it deserved in reality.At present,the wages and welfare between the private college teachers and teachers in public universities have big gap at work gap when they are on the job,and even a more big gap after retirement;and there is some institutional leak in the oversight mechanisms and construction planning in some degree,two point hindered the healthy and orderly development of private universities.Firstly,my article elaborates the concept of private colleges,universities and other private teachers and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory concepts,such as life cycle theory concept definition and theoretical explanations for the full text and lays a solid theoretical foundation.The second part focuses on analyzing and studying the status of the private pension system in colleges and universities in nowadays,and the main problem,and the cause,summarized the issue in pension of private teachers colleges retained from the institutional,legal,national,and even inside private colleges in today's society,and do the pertinence analyzing.The third part introduces the American and South Korea's pension system are relatively well developed in terms of private pension insurance policies and measures of university teachers,and provide a realistic learning experience.In the fourth part,it is through calculating the pension replacement rate in Liaoning Province as an example of the model,extrapolating the situation of teachers of private universities in the pension replacement rate after retirement,and projected results of a detailed analysis,drawing a conclusion that under now contribution rate,the Private University Teachers retirement existing standard of living can not be guaranteed.In the last part,analyzing the experience learning from foreign in the analysis and the status of private college teachers pension insurance will be set forth in the text of the problem,the reason,the model estimates the results of the analysis of the pension insurance system of private colleges and universities in the targeted suggestions,with a view of providing useful help and support for the future government's policy.
