| Teacher performance appraisal has always been the key content of the construction of college teachers,which is not only related to the improvement of teaching quality,but also affects the healthy development of science education in China.College teachers play an extremely important role in the team of professional and technical personnel in Our country,and have become the backbone to promote the vigorous development of national education in the new era.How to build a strong faculty in the new era is a practical problem that every college and university must face.As the growing private universities,this problem is particularly prominent.Based on the relevant theories and research results of performance appraisal,this paper comprehensively and systematically combs the new requirements and practical difficulties of performance appraisal of teachers in private colleges and universities in the new era by using literature method,case method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method.M college as the research object,deeply discusses the new era under the background of M college teachers’ performance appraisal of the actual effect,through the analysis of the status quo of examination system,the performance appraisal of evaluation index,evaluation subject,evaluation method and the assessment results using the analysis of existing problems and its reason,on the basis of the above research,From the aspects of setting reasonable assessment objectives,establishing scientific assessment indicators,establishing diversified assessment subjects,developing flexible assessment methods and strengthening the application of assessment results,this paper puts forward an optimization scheme for the design of performance assessment mechanism for private college teachers in the new era.The corresponding incentive system construction optimization scheme is put forward from the aspects of perfecting the fair competition system of teacher evaluation,establishing an orderly staff flow mechanism,deepening the reform of internal income distribution system,enhancing the sense of belonging and happiness of teachers,and improving the working environment and conditions of teachers.This study can not only put forward some targeted improvement measures for M College,but also provide some useful references for China’s private universities to establish and improve the teacher performance appraisal mechanism. |
