Study On The Effect Mechanism On Cluster Competitiveness In Producer Service For Clothing Industry Based On Infra-marginal Analysis

It's important to our economic development and social stable that clothing industry is stable and cycle-developed,but the truth is that the industry is still positioned in low level among global value chain,so how to make it transformed and upgraded is becoming much more crucial to our country.Relevant theory research shows that a critical path to speed development of producer service is based on resources and the formation and competitiveness enhancing of producer service cluster zone for clothing industry.Producer service cluster zone for clothing industry here refers to a collection of productive service providers and clothing manufacturers which are surrounding the clothing industry cluster zone.From the perspective of the interaction between productive service providers and clothing manufacturers,and mutual influence between the whole cluster network structure and individual decisions,the paper does research on the formation mechanism of four levels of competitiveness of clothing producer services cluster zone,and the impact mechanism of the economic environment on basis of infra-marginal analysis.Firstly,the paper constructs and analyzes bi-directional value co-creation relationship.With new classical infra-marginal analysis applied,and transaction service as an example of producer services,the bi-directional value co-creation network is established between producer service provider and clothing manufacturer based on their bi-directional value co-creation relationship.Then,eight kinds of decision model and six kinds of value co-creation network with corner equilibrium and three kinds of value co-creation network with ordinary equilibrium(self-sufficient structure,fully professional structure,completely division clothing manufacturing and fully self-sufficient trading services structure)are studied based on the degree of clothing manufacturer's specialized economy,the degree of transaction service's specialized economy,and efficiency of transaction service.Furthermore,the conditions for the emergence of transaction services in a specific clothing cluster are obtained.The results show that the operation of bi-directional value co-creation network lead to the emergence of producer service,which is affected by the degree of clothing manufacturer's specialized economy,the degree of transaction service's specialized economy and efficiency of transaction service.Secondly,the paper constructs the competitiveness index system of producer services cluster zone for clothing industry.It normalizes the cluster cometitiveness of clothing producer services zone,to be the competitiveness of bi-directional value co-creation network.Then according to the classification result of bi-directional value co-creation network,the paper proposes the analysis framework of competitiveness of the non-perfect cluster network structure from four aspects of the ability,structure,factor and associated level of producer services cluster zone for clothing industry.Considering the degree of manufacturer's specialized economy,the degree of transaction service's specialized economy,and efficiency of transaction service,three-layer' indicators of competitiveness of non-perfect cluster network structure is described in details based on the operation mechanism of bi-directional value co-creation network.Finally,the paper analyzes the path and mechanism that how economic environment affect the competitiveness of producer services cluster zone for clothing industry.Using Completely specialized network structure with ordinary equilibrium as a comparison,the paper analyzes mathematically how the change of economic environment impact four aspects of competitiveness of non-perfect cluster network structure.The results show that economic environment has an important role on the competitiveness and the evolution of non-perfect division network structure to be ideal fully division network structure.The paper also studies how economic environment affects producer services cluster zone based on case.It analyzes how the emergence and development of transaction services cluster which refers to specialized transaction market and e-commerce trading platform impact cluster zone during the implementation process of related policies and practices.Furthermore,the paper proposes countermeasures to enhance the cluster competitiveness and provide a reference for the government to formulate relevant policies.
