Research On The Development Modes Designing And Choosing Of Regional Producer Service Industrial Cluster

With the continuous development of economic globalization and science andtechnology, the worldwide industrial structure shift to the trend ofservice industry gradually. Cluster is an effective way of the sustainabledevelopment of producer service industry, and could produce better economicand network effects, Modern producer service industry cluster has become aglobal trend and requirement of the development of the service industry. Theemergence and development of producer service industry cluster plays animportant role in the economic growth, and also has become increasingly obviousin the national economic development. China’s producer service industry isdeveloping rapidly, but there is still a certain gap with the developed countries,the cluster development is an important measure to enhance the competitiveness,and provides an important support security for the sustainable development ofproducer service industry, and also enhances regional industry competitiveadvantages.Based on the domestic and foreign research on producer servicesIndustrial cluster, it analyzes the motivation，the progress of development ofregional producer service industrial cluster by combing the theory of industrialcluster. It summarizes influence factors which cluster development of producerservices industry, and tests influence factors to verify the degree and directionof influence of various factors on producer service industrial cluster. On the basisof the development of producer services industrial cluster analysis, this paperdesigns three kinds of cluster development modes, combined with mode ofelements the general construction of ideas, and puts forward the operationenvironment and security strategy. According to producer service industrialcluster development modes’ general construction of ideas, this paperproposes method and basis of mode selection, then analyses and selects the evaluation methods of Agglomeration levels. Finally, it takes producer servicesindustry of Heilongjiang Province as an example, makes empirical research andproposes some suggestions appropriate for the area of cluster developmentproductive service industry, combined with the characteristics of the selectedmode.
