It's important to our economics development that textile and clothing industry is stable and cycle-developed, but the truth is that the industry is still positioned in low level among global value chain, so how to make it upgraded is becoming much more crucial to our country. Experience from developed countries' cluster and relevant theory research shows that a critical path to speed development of producer service is based on resources and producer service clusters' construction. Based on theory analysis related to industry clueter, traits of social network become common in the development of cluster area for producer service, so the paper does research on cluster competitiveness in producer service for textile and clothing industry on basis of social network analysis.First, based on theory analysis about cluster stage, the paper studies how to differentiate stages of producer service cluster, and also relationship between producer service and textile & clothing is analyzed. After that, referring to method of social network, the different types of social networks for producer service is built and types of producer service cluster are connected to the built social networks and evolution and traits for endogenetic and exogenous producer service is described, which is prepared for later simulation on knowledge exchange.Second, through analysis on traits of endogenetic producer service cluster and method on graphy theory, the social network for endogenetic producer service cluster is built and structured features of different networks is researched. Especially, type 1st cluster network suitable for current cluster state is simulated. Further, features related to global and local knowledge level is also studied based on simulation of knowledge exchange, and after that proposal related to cluster network is given for development of producer service; that is, when p is between 0.01 and 0.1(small world) capacity in knowledge for cluster network is high.Third, after times of simulation on knowledge exchange in the built social network, it is found that some network parameters play important effect on global average knowledge of cluster networks when their simulation is balanced. More carefully, network parameters are bacically divided into two parts, and one is internal environmental factors, the other external environmental facors. Internal environmental factors are more related to capacity in absorbing other enterprises' knowledge in producer service cluster, while the external environmental facors are mainly relevant to policy direction from our government. Through analyzing effects of different network parameters on efficientness of knowledge exchange, different knowledge exchange simulation is obtained, which is useful for it that how to build and develop endogenetic producer service cluster and make them more competitive. Cluster-Government-Association should design some restriction and adjustment, in order to make cluster state to be expert-centered network, and also expert knowledge should be properly deployed. As to enterprises in the cluster, when they have corporations they not just pay more attention to current earnings but also returns on innovation and future earnings. Meanwhile, government should also consider how to take measures to protect trademark to build a better environment for corporation and innovation and improve competitiveness of cluster and enterprise.Last, through analysis on traits of exogenous producer service cluster and method on graphy theory, the social network for endogenetic producer service cluster is built and structured features of different networks is researched. Further, features related to global and local knowledge level is also studied based on simulation of knowledge exchange. Also comparation analysis is done and the result is just as below. Compared to average knowledge of endogenetic producer service cluster when simulation is balanced, average knowledge of exogenous producer service cluster is a little lower. As to knowledge coefficient, exogenous producer service cluster is a little bigger on that, which means knowledge variance of different producer service enterprises in the cluster is big. Therefore, a conclusion can be made which goes like this:capacity in competitiveness of exogenous producer service cluster is lower than that of endogenetic producer service cluster.
