Financial outsourcing is good for developing the professional level of enterprise financial management,reduce the cost and expense of financial management and thus reach the size effect;it can also help to raise the comprehensive management level in order to guarantee the financial management information quality;using the advantageous human resources from professional financial management company,it can help to develop the skills of financial management and update the managing idea;it can also helo to solve the problem of interior shortage of financial management human resources.The main research target of this article is middle and small-sized enterprises,and step into the financial outsourcing and countermeasure.Firstly,we make an analysisi of the current situation of financial outsourcing among middle and small-sized enterprises,and point out their problems,which are: rigid,loss of chances to manage professional skills,loss of trust,only pay attention to cost but neglecting quality and rely too much on service providers.Then,we analyse the problems arisn from the financial outsourcing of middle and small-sized enterprises.According to the analysis,the reasons to this problem is complicated and multiple,mainly from the following two aspects: firstly,from the enterprise's own reason.Deviation of deviation,worry about the leakage of information of financial information,worry about failing to hold the financial core technology,worry about the outflow of talent,and worry about the falling down of interior control force.Secondly,from the service provider's reason.Imperfect of service agencies and lack of necessary base for financial analysis.Finally,raising the countermeasure to improce the financial outsourcing,which mainly include the following aspects: the enterprise should choose the correct and reliable financial outsourcing service provider,and strengthen the formulation and audit of outsourcing service contract,define the boundary of outsourcing service reasonably and play a positive and initiative role in the cooperation.
