Research On Supply Chain Finance Business Of Postal Savings Bank Of Gansu Branch

Supply chain financing is a new financing mode,is not only a technical problem,but also a concept of banks and enterprises in financing and credit management on the changes,it give full play to the advantages of financial institutions,the third party logistics and supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises,respectively,from the perspective of the whole industry chain in perspective,provides a new way of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises at the same time,also led to the financial institution and the logistics business enterprise innovation and development,improve the competitiveness of the whole industry chain,to achieve a win-win situation.Supply chain financing has become the mainstream of the financing of small and medium enterprises,also by banks favor and attention,the postal savings bank branch in Gansu in 2013 to operate this business.In this paper,analysis of supply chain finance business of banking services to small and medium enterprises,the development of Gansu province industry,using the SWOT analysis method to get the postal savings bank of Gansu branch to carry out strategic choice of supply chain business.On this basis,the main products of the postal savings bank branch in Gansu province is introduced,the risk of inventory,receivable points and prepaid service is analyzed,analysis of the causes of risk,as the postal savings bank of Gansu branch of supply chain business to guard against the risk of specific control measures.
