The Research Of The Poverty Mountainous Tourist Town In DaBa Township Qingchuan County

Along with the nowadays rapid economic development, wealth margin still exists, poverty issues is still one of the most acute social problems bothering our country 70 million people. To resolve the Poverty issues in our country, first should start with the place where the poverty is the most confederate and the most popular, identify the specific causes of poverty, propose targeted poverty alleviation path.Qinba mountain area is the area involves most provinces in the main battlefield of the new round of poverty alleviation and development, the administrative divisions across Henan, Hubei, Chongqing, Sichuan, Shanxi, Gansu six provinces, the maximum area is Sichuan province, involved a maximum of cities and counties. This area has the most enriched natural resources, also belongs to the old revolutionary base areas, remote mountainous and "5.12" Wenchuan earthquake disaster area, the contiguous poverty is the most prominent.Area of this study- Daba township Qingchuan County poor mountain area is located southwest of the Qinba Mountain, it belongs to the mountainous extremely poor county from the point of view topography and geographical features. In recent years,tourism poverty alleviation is the important measures for national poverty alleviation plan, tourism urbanization is a new urbanization development direction in our country. DaBa Township is located in the poor mountainous areas, the natural geographical environment contributed to the local economy, but it has the basic features of tourist small towns, it is an appropriate way by developing tourist town, which will provide DaBa Township practical and guiding significance for the construction of the new type of urbanization.Natural geographical environment contributed to backward economy of the local.Based on the point- axis theory, relationship of person and coordination theory, tourism multiplier theory, community participation theory and the sustainable development theory,using the method of research of status quo,this paper analysis the Da Ba Township poverty mountainous tourist town environmental conditions,the situation of poverty and poverty causes, and the feasibility of development of the Daba Township poor mountain area.Targeted at the reasons of poor, treated the Daba township,as the substrate, with its natural and cultural resources, guided by market demand, from the five aspects such as function, industry, community, ecology, mechanism and so on, the paper proposed the tourist town development path.
