Unique source of light,heat,water,soil and other natural conditions in Eastern Foot of Helan Mountain of Ningxia,making the Eastern Foot of Helan Mountain the few wine-producing areas in China where can produce the high-end wines.Since the first bottle bottle of dry red wine was brewed in Ningxia after Vitis Vinifera were introduced in Ningxia in 1980s,30 years of development.The "Golden Area" and the place has made considerable progress where can produce the premium wines,and also it gain the approval and high appraise from experts of vitis vinifera from worldwide.However,the growers just planting the vine-grape while the pricing of the vitis vinifera was absolutely determined by just wineries.Planting and brewing were separated for a long time.It's hard for growers to guarantee the earnings.Wineries sells raw wine to maintain the basic status quo.Thegross profit grape wine is just 2000-3000 yuan per ton,with more than 50,000 yuan a far cry from the high-end wine.The gross profit of grape wine is just 2000-3000 yuan per ton,far below to the medium-high wine.This planting and brewing long separation situation has seriously hampered the development of the wine grape industry.In addition,there're too much work in vine-grape cultivation,vine-grape need to be buried in winder,unearthed in the spring,and protect it from being attack by frost and dried.And the growing season requires constant pruning,irrigation,fertilization until the fuit ripening.High freight and investment,cost too much in the growth cycle of the vine-grape.In addition to the increasement of the manpower cost,the burden becomes heavier on them.To inhibit the rapid raise in wine grape growing costs effectively and improve the efficiency of Eastern Foot of Helan Mountain in planting the vine-grape and help growers to increase the income,to improve the competitive force in the market from worldwide to insure the healthy development of the wine grape industry.Therefore,the study Helan Mountain wine grape growing effectiveness has important theoretical and practical value.In this dissertation,was based on the 3 main grape planting areas of Eastern Foot of Helan Mountain.Yuquanying reclamation,Huangyangtan farms and the world's largest irrigation district Hongsipu region as the specific survey sites,adopt the survey methods as questionnaires for a comprehensive understanding of wine grape growers,especially the orchard costs,land costs,labor costs,material input costs,the use of comparative analysis,statistical analysis,econometric analysis and comprehensive evaluation system measurement the wine grape growing effectiveness systematically evaluated on Eastern Foot of Helan Mountain.The main results are below.1.The cost of establishment of the vineyard of the Eastern Foot of Helan Mountain account for 37%of the total cost.In account of the bi-directional support government policy and funding support,that part of the cost was charged by government,stimulate the motivation of the growers to planting vine-grape,so it push the fast development of the yield of the vine-grape.2.The rising speed of labor cost is too fast is the major cause of the big amount of the total cost in Eastern Foot of Helan Mountain.Secondly,the cost of agriculture production increased year by year,but the purchase price increased slowly and just in a few range,which exacerbated lead to a rapid decline of the proceeds.3 Helan Mountain wine grape growing relatively inefficient compared with corn,potatoes and other staple crops,wine grape growers loss 16%5%flat,only 79%earnings;with vegetables,fruit trees and other economic facilities Compared to crops,wine grape growing more low efficiency,seriously restricting the wine grape industry further escalation of enthusiasm;4.Eastern Foot of Helan Mountain wine grape growers inefficient major limiting factor is the practitioners of the humanities and cultural level;profit growers surveyed more than 90 percent have a high school education level,while operating at a loss consisted mainly of the elderly,women,illiterate populations mainly showed accelerate the popularization of wine grape cultivation techniques for high yield and quality and efficient technology is an important way to enhance the industry.
