The interest rate market oriented reform in China will accelerate,It has become an indisputable fact,it will be compressed bank business space,customer space and profit space,the bank will constitute a great profit and risk.Because the rural cooperative bank industry sources of income mainly depends on the interest margin,therefore the interest rate marketization reform of rural cooperative banks,is a test of life and death.At the same time,financial disintermediation is more and more intense,especially the emergence of constantly accelerating technology of Internet,the Internet financial disintermediation and financial products,for small savings funds have a great attraction,leading to the "bank deposit to move" phenomenon.Under such a challenge,need to accelerate the transformation of the rural cooperative bank,taking the road of intensive management,it needs to start from various areas,an important aspect is to establish a sound performance management system.To improve the performance management system of Yuzhong rural cooperative bank,is conducive to the development goal of the staff cohesion to bank up,improve management level,profitability and competitiveness.The Yuzhong rural cooperative bank is fundamental in the field of regional financial position,improve the ability of financial services also has a role in promoting the promotion of local economic development.Therefore,to improve the performance management system,is of great significance in both the micro level and macro level.The paper analyses the problems about the performance management system of Yuzhong rural cooperative bank,on the basis of analyzing,puts forward the scheme of improving the bank performance management system,it is necessary to set up a comprehensive and complete performance management system.It requires the development of performance plan and construct the index system,strengthen the implementation of performance management system,pay attention to the performance appraisal and evaluation,emphasizing the application of appraisal results.The implementation of a comprehensive,integrated performance management system,cannot do without the leadership of attention and promotion job,also need to change the traditional management mode,improve the quality of the implementation of performance appraisal,the establishment of good performance feedback mechanism.
