The real estate industry is severely affected by the national macro-control.The competition among real estate enterprises is also growing.In this competition,the core is the recruitment of the people with abilities.Currently,a lot of real estate enterprises face the human resourcesmanagement problems,such as low personal quality,lack of professionals,the gaps between new and old staffs,high loss rate and so on.Performance management,which is the core of the human resource management,is the solution of above-mentioned problems.As the core of human resources management in a company,performance management does not only reflect the self-value of the employee,and also be important in finding,training and developing the talent staffs.In order to become the outstanding sustainable developmental enterprise,it must handle these problems with a development perspective and stablish a positive and effective performance management scheme,which should have breakthrough of the management mode.This paper elaborates the background and significance of topics,research content,method and the expected goal,the related theoretical basis.On this basis,the paper analyzes the RC real estate company Beijing branch performance management present situation,including company profile,the company human resources and the company's marketing department performance appraisal.The current situation of performance management in the company and the existing problems are summarized based on he method of questionnaire survey analysis.On the basis of the performance management principles of the RC Beijing Branch,we set up aperformance evaluation index system for the marketing director,marketing personnel.Using the dual weighted method,we a design performance evaluation form,clarify the cycle the communication and feedback,performance appraisal and application results.Finally,the paper proposes the implement guarantee system for the new marketing performance managementsolution of RC real estate company Beijing branch.
