Supply chain management is developed in economic globalization. It has been widelyused in a lot of fields. The environment should be noted while supply chain brings hugeprofits to the node enterprises. Due to human's desire for natural resources is gettingstronger and stronger, nature's revenge is becoming more and more intense. Naturaldisasters not only cause the panics but also damage the normal operation of the economy.In this case, supply chain must take the ecological environment into account if supplychain wants to have further development. Supply chain's participants maybe locate indifferent regions. This kind of cross-regional cooperation will increase bad impacts on theecological environment. In order to reduce the bad impacts on the ecological environment,the supply chain early-warning system for eco-environment needs to be set up.This paper uses supply chain management theory, risk management theory andenvironmental management theory as major basis, clarifies the meaning of the supplychain early-warning system for eco-environment, and analyzes the main processes, themain function and the core modules of the supply chain early-warning system foreco-environment, it distinguishes the factors that come from supply chain's operation onthe ecological environment. According to the result of risk analysis seizes the main factorsthat supply chain directly cause pollution on the ecological environment, and establishesindicator system of the supply chain early-warning system for eco-environment, andhighlights the specific indicators, it designs the parts of the supply chain early-warningsystem for eco-environment, and analyzes the process of the supply chain early-warningsystem for eco-environment. Finally, it provides the implementation measures of thesupply chain early-warning system for eco-environment.In this paper, the conclusions are as follows. Firstly, it builds the indicator system ofthe supply chain early-warning system for eco-environment. Based on the deeply analysisof the negative impacts on the ecological environment from supply chain, finds out theserious negative impacts on the ecological environment from supply chain and selectsindicators to build the indicator system of the supply chain early-warning system foreco-environment. Secondly, from risk awareness, risk assessment and risk warning tobuild the supply chain early-warning system for eco-environment. In terms of riskawareness and risk assessment, based on the indicators from the supply chainearly-warning system for eco-environment, collects negative impacts information on theecological environment from supply chain. According to the index data, identifies the risks on ecological environment from supply chain to determine the level of the risks onecological environment from supply chain. In terms of risk warning, depending on the risklevel to publish different warning signals to get the risks on ecological environment fromsupply chain under control in time, reducing the negative impacts on the ecologicalenvironment.
