The Research On Construction Of The Supply Chain Early Warning System In Xi'an Banknote Printing Plant

This article is for promptly grasping and melting the realistic risk of the supply chain faces in xi'an banknote printing plant. Based on the generalized analysis of the internal and external environment, this article will research on the chain early warning theory to use in the enterprise actual operation, and will build the solid foundation for the enterprise to realize the chain strategic target. This paper makes research on construction of the supply chain early warning system under such a background.In order to take precautions against it and pre-control it before the supply chain crisis taking place, enterprises need to establish a set of the index system of the supply chain crisis early warning. The index system of the crisis early warning is the base of establishing crisis early warning system. Through monitoring the supply chain crisis source to find the crisis sign, the index system sends out alarms to enterprises in time when the crisis coming, and provide enterprises with a basis for decision-making. This article has defined the supply chain early warning system, and explains its research aim, taking the supply chain management, the supply chain risk and the enterprise's warning theory as the foundation. By the main routine of the risk management, the article take the risk early warning as the core, constructs the overall model and the early warning model of supply chain early warning system. After the research of internal and external environment and situation of in xi'an banknote printing plant, the risk factors can be find in supply chain. The author decides to build a reasonable appraisal system in the enterprise by the method of KPI. To select the targets by the principle of KPI, and according to the targets, set the warning limits, survey the early warning marginal value, determined the warning step to construct the supply chain early warning system. Meanwhile through strengthens the crisis management, establishes each kind of emergency predetermined plan, positively takes the many kinds of assistances measure, to guard supply chain risk.At present in domestic, the successful case of construct supply chain early warning system is lack in the enterprise. This article has made the beneficial attempt on the warning theory to be used in the supply chain management, and it will play the precious model role for latter.
