The modern business environment facing the domestic and international marketvolatility and fierce competition among the same industry, the traditional theory offinancial management no longer meet the company's future long-term development.So how effective use of corporate financial resources, develop and adapt to theexternal environment within the enterprise's financial strategy, has become a toppriority for the survival and development.
