This article is written under the background of the Global Economic Crisis, period between2008and2009. And now, the situation is getting better and better. The import and export trade had already back tothe original level except Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise. The total Import trade amount is increasing,however, the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise did not get a better result. Some of them is decreasing,and even shut down the company. Compared with big company, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise hasthree difficult points: first of all, less of order. Secondly, shortage of fund, this one is the most difficult onefor all over the world Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise. The last one is less experience of managementand can not keep the people with ability.DY is a Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise, it must make a development strategy in order to ensurethe existence of company. This article did many researches in DY Co., Ltd, and try to find a way solve theproblem mentioned above.The article analysis the internal and external environment of DY, at the same time, use of concepts ofMichael Porter's five competing force model to judge the example company's supplier, buyer, etc. Also, useSWOT method to research DY's opportunity, thread, advantage and disadvantage. At last, the article givesthe DY Co., Ltd an effective development strategy, and also provides a way for DY to find out how to solvethe problem.
