Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Trade Of Small And Medium-sized Import And Export Enterprises In Vietnam

After 30 years of reformand opening up Vietnam’s social economy has made rapid development,Vietnam’s small and medium-sized importand export enterprises for the development of Vietnam’s national economy has made important contributions.Foreign trade from 1993 on wards has main tained a rapid development,foreign trade deficit significantly reduced.The development of foreign trade in Vietnam has attracted the attention of international economists.Small and medium-sized importand export enterprises are the backbone of the Vietnamese national economy.In the national economy,small and medium-sized importand export enterprises occupy an important position and role.That is to say that anycountry in the economic development are inseparable from small and medium enterprises.Only to support the smooth development of small and medium enterprises in order to benefit the country’s economic prosperity and social stability.This paper aims to analyze the status and strategies of Vietnamese enterprises to go out(foreign trade).The purpose of this paper is:This paper will grasp the development status of small and medium-sized import and export enterprises in Vietnam,Vietnam in the size of small and medium enterprises,characters and structure of in-depth research and analysis,analysis of the current situation of Vietnam in small and medium-sized import and export enterprises,mining exists in reality problems,combined with the development of small and medium-sized import and export opportunities in Vietnam enterprise and positive thinking to explore how to better promote the development of small and medium enterprises import and export status of Vietnam,Vietnam to stimulate the vitality of economic development,improve the efficiency of small and medium-sized import and export enterprises in Vietnam,which effectively promote the development of foreign economic health,Vietnam lasting and stable has important practical significance.This paper will based on the current development of small and medium-sized import and export enterprises in Vietnam,Vietnam in the size of small and medium enterprises,characters and structure of in-depth research and analysis,through the questionnaire method,the small and medium-sized enterprises in Hanoi issued 500 questionnaires,the results of the questionnaire and analysis of the current situation of Vietnam in small and medium-sized import and export enterprises,mining there are real problems in the development of.And with the development of small and medium-sized import and export enterprises in Vietnam time,and positive thinking to explore how to better promote the development of small and medium-sized import and export enterprises in Vietnam,Vietnam to stimulate the vitality of economic development,improve the efficiency of small and medium-sized import and export enterprises in Vietnam,the Vietnamese to effectively promote the development of foreign economic health,steady and practical significance important.This paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter one introduction.It mainly expounds the background significance,research status,main contents and possible innovation points.The second chapter is theoretical basis.This paper mainly introduces the relevant contents of the small and medium-sized import and export enterprises,and lays a theoretical foundation for the following chapters.The third chapter describes the current situation of small and medium sized import and export enterprises in Vietnam.The fourth chapter analyzes the existing problems of small and medium sized enterprises in Vietnam by questionnaire.The fifth chapter describes the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of small and medium sized import and export enterprises.
