In the industrial production process,the liquid level is one of the important control objects.The level of the liquid level control quality has a huge impact on industrial production.Therefore,the research on the liquid level control is of great significance.With the gradual improvement of the level of industrialization,on the one hand,the controlled object model is becoming more and more complicated;on the other hand,the requirements for control accuracy are becoming higher and higher,which makes traditional PID control unable to meet the requirements of industrial process control.The introduction of intelligent control theory is of great significance to the solution of the above problems,but due to the limitations of many conditions on the industrial site,intelligent control theory is difficult to apply in practice,so it is very important to find a simple and practical controlled object to simulate the scene.The three-capacity water tank liquid level control system can simulate a variety of typical nonlinear time-varying multivariable coupling systems in the industrial field,and has the characteristics of timevarying,nonlinear and time-delay.Some intelligent control theories,such as fuzzy control and neural network control,are used in industrial process control successively with the help of this system platform.This paper introduces the research background and development status of the three-capacity water tank liquid level control system,establishes a model for the TTS20 three-capacity water tank liquid level control system,and converts the third-order water tank into the first-order water tank for algorithm simulation.At present,the introduction of TTS20 test consoles in China is relatively small,which has great research value.In order to find an algorithm suitable for large inertia and non-linear system optimization,several control algorithms of traditional PID,fuzzy PID and neural network PID were applied in the three-capacity water tank liquid level control system,and they were compared and analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of this paper are focused on the PID controller based on fuzzy neural network.The PID controller based on fuzzy neural network is applied to the threecapacity water tank liquid level control system.Simulation and experimental results show that this control algorithm has overshoot The advantages of small volume and high stability greatly improve the dynamic and static performance of the system and give full play to its superiority.
