In the process of rapid social development,in order to better improve people's quality of life and quality.Rapid and efficient detection of diseases,environment,medicine and food has become an urgent problem.Therefore,it is necessary to study more efficient,fast and stable sensor detection technology.However,for most of the traditional detection methods and methods,there are low efficiency,slow speed,accuracy and other shortcomings.In the same way,the detection technology of sensors in practical use is not high in sensitivity and poor in stability.Therefore,it is necessary to improve and perfect the sensing instrument with more complete functions,higher detection sensitivity,wider detection range,better stability and resolution.To further improve the detection technology to meet the required testing requirements.This topic first through the development course of SPR sensor,sensor types,application field and development trend of research,after analyzed the surface plasma resonance sensor related theory,studies the effects of surface plasma resonance condition and the different excitation modulation SPR sensor.The modulation mode and parameters of the surface plasmon resonance sensor are analyzed.The symmetrical structure of SPR sensor is discussed and the basic theory of symmetrical surface plasmon resonance sensor is analyzed.Silver film SPR sensor sensitivity for motivations are relatively high gold membrane structure,but susceptible to oxidation and the shortcoming of poor stability,on the basis of the existing sensor geometry is improved optimization,puts forward a method based on graphene,metallic silver,graphene,sensing structure of test medium,using silver film improve the sensitivity of the sensor,and add the graphene played an prevent the oxidation of the silver layer.Then,on this basis,innovative improvements were made.Aiming at the low sensitivity and instability of the excited metal-medium-metal tunable SPR sensor,a multi-layer composite membrane symmetrical structure(silver-graphene-detection media-graphene-silver)was proposed.This is a symmetrical tunable structure,which makes the sensor tunable and thus increases the detection range.The prismatic and planar waveguide excitations are used respectively.The SPR sensor structure model is analyzed and calculated by software to determine the optimal parameters of the sensor structure.This paper mainly analyzes each membrane layer of the proposed sensor structure,and then optimizes the sensor structure to obtain the best sensing effect.Finally,the design and verification of experimental equipment and acquisition system are carried out.
