Installation And Adjustment System For Absolute Grating Sensor

For the demand of using absolute grating sensor, this paper design a kind of installation and adjustment system to install the indicating grating and the linear CCD in this sensor.By analyse the origin of these errors from install the indicating grating and the linear CCD in this sensor’s reading head, this paper propose the principles to adjust these two different devices. By the result of analysis, this paper design an installation and adjustment mechanism, illustrate its performance and the way to eliminate its deviation. For the needing of adjustment, this paper design a pose detection system, provide its hardware and software. Designing the output error detection of linear CCD, provide its circuits and correction algorithm. The experiment shows that this system can complete these tasks and improve the working efficiency every effective.
