With computer-3d visualization technology's rapid evolvement and the scale of 3D seismic data is also getting bigger and bigger,the use of seismic data to study geological attributes alone cannot meet the current needs in the process of geological exploration and marine data exploration.To meet the scientific visualization of exploration data in the new era,the fusion and display of geological data with multiple attributes has become the current main research directionDue to the development of technology and the gradual maturity of 3D display technology,in the large-scale 3D seismic attribute data visualization research,it is impossible to load all of these data into memory at once because of the file of multiattribute massive geological exploration data is too big.The corresponding data can only be read from the hard disk based on a certain data relationship,thus the extraction and display of data content also have certain restrictions.In this case,it is necessary to reduce the size of data and use a LOD multi-level rendering scheme,and also face new challenges and new solutions for large-scale attribute data visualizationIn the loading of multi-attribute massive data,because the traditional SEG-Y file format has certain performance deficiencies in data extraction,although the SEG-Y format has good compatibility and supports tape data recording,it cannot adapt to modern high-speed requirements for computers.In this article,after studying the SEGY format,a structure based on octree and Morton code is used to access and display various geological exploration data.After experiments and comparative analysis,it is proved that the altered algorithm can greatly improve the efficiency of program operation.At the same time,when dealing with the display of massive data that cannot be processed in the traditional SEG-Y format,this algorithm has better access to the content of massive data files,achieved the access and display of multi-attribute massive geological exploration data.Therefore,this article studies and uses a GPU-based LOD multi-level rendering scheme,and at the same time filters and removes the data beyond the display content,and realizes the use of different levels to load data under different zoom situations.After experiments and analysis with comparison,it is proved that the GPU-based LOD multi-level rendering scheme can display the content of data and reduce the corresponding stagnation better.Finally,this article also proposes a comprehensive visualization solution based on octree,multi-level resolution,GPU programmable pipeline,multi-attribute fusion and other technologies.The visualization of multi-attribute massive geological exploration data has obtained certain satisfactory results.
