Research On The Mobile Personal Data Protection Under The Big-data Era

The protection of personal privacy in the era of big data faces new challenges.The high-speed flow of information brings about the flow of privacy.The flow of privacy and the expansion of scenarios enrich the connotation of privacy.The use of privacy by big data technology enhances the commercial value of privacy and strengthens the seizure of privacy.Electronic media shapes the space of privacy flow and also,provides a place for the flow of privacy.From the perspective of liquidity,this article analyzes the loss of control and crisis of personal privacy under the panoramic prison in the era of big data,and the production,collection,transmission and circulation of privacy in different platforms,locations and other mobile spaces.Then in the flow of public space and private space,discuss the paradox between privacy control,boundary and personal media use,and social needs.Based on the fluidity,duality and scalability of personal privacy in the era of big data,this article discusses the principles of privacy collection,mining,distribution and prediction,as well as the "transferable","deletable" and "fair use" of privacy,and analyzes privacy multiple values,the circulation protection of personality and property attributes,so as to achieve comprehensive privacy governance.
