With the development of Internet technology,information technology and big data technology,more and more information resources are available to users.In scientific research,although a large number of academic paper resources can bring prosperity and potential research value of academic research,it will also bring information overload problem.In the face of massive academic paper resources,the traditional paper knowledge organization is increasingly unable to meet the ever-changing needs of users for searching,reading and utilizing literature.In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of information transmission in the traditional way of academic paper publishing,some scholars put forward the concept of semantic publishing in the process of the gradual development of semantic web technology,followed by a series of semantic publishing models.Nanopublication model is a kind of semantic publishing model which can carry out the key fact and scientific conclusions of papers into fine-grained knowledge units,it can also make knowledge of scientific become semantic knowledge.Nanopublication model promotes the recognition and semantic association of fine-grained knowledge units,solves the inconvenience of information acquisition caused by information clutter,enables users to quickly and accurately locate valuable scientific conclusions,and is conducive to the efficient integration of information resources and knowledge discovery.In this study,the research content is the information resources aggregation of academic papers based on nanopublication.First of all,based on literature research,the current research progress of nanopublication and the development direction and the characteristics of the concept of information resource aggregation and the technical implementation.However,finding existing semantic published in information resource aggregation of fine-grained said,and the lack of trustworthiness performance data.Combining of distributed model and knowledge service of nanopublication model,put forward a data resources module,business support module,and user interaction module for the framework of nanopublication academic information resource aggregation model.In the decomposition of the specific function modules of the model in detail,for each module analyzed the interaction between support relations.The aim is to create rich reliable information resource aggregation model meet user demand for fine-grained knowledge acquisition,helping users to better understand the semantic relations between the knowledge element whichenhance the interaction between the user and the system effect.Then,the empirical research method is used to design the two experiments of generating nanopublication and platform of information resources aggregation of nanopublication academic papers.Based on the model,realizing the platform of information resources aggregation of academic papers of nanopublication.So as to explore the effect of information resources aggregation under the fine granularity expression of academic papers based on nanopublication technology.Finally,through comparative study,the aggregation results of the system in this study were compared with those of WOS and Pub Med databases,which verified that this study could more effectively present the fine-grained aggregation effect of information resources with scientific conclusions.The contribution of this study is mainly divided into two aspects.On the one hand,this paper puts forward the model based on polymerization of nanopublication academic information resources.And information resources in the form of nanopublication generated polymerization technology as guidance,integrate distributed and knowledge service driven by nanopublication model as the foundation of research,enrich the academic information resources of domestic existing polymerization system.Moreover,nanopublication deepen the information resource aggregation and knowledge service application research field of vision.On the other hand,this study fills the nanopublication in the field of information resource aggregation from theory to application of blank.In this study,the application of nanopublication in information resources aggregation platform shows more fine-grained information resource aggregation effect,which is a powerful attempt of academic information resource aggregation.Moreover,it provides the theory and application of nanopublication in more areas.
