There are great differences between enterprise crisis pr in the new media era and that in the traditional media: the probability of enterprise crisis outbreak is greatly increased,the outbreak time is greatly shortened,the crisis affects a wider range and is more destructive.However,at present,many enterprises are still not aware of the huge impact of new media information dissemination on crisis pr strategies,and have formed a crisis awareness in the new media era.They still make crisis pr strategies according to the characteristics of the traditional media era.As a result,once the enterprise crisis occurs in the new media environment,the enterprise cannot respond in time,bringing great harm to the enterprise.By means of literature research,comparative analysis and case analysis,this paper first clarifies the relevant concepts of crisis public relations and new media,and then summarizes the relevant crisis public relations theories.Secondly,two well-known crisis public relations case with J as the breakthrough point,the perspective of new media information dissemination,discovered the J enterprise under the new media era,the enterprise crisis management system after the lack of corresponding early warning mechanism,in the face of crisis is not active to respond and take the way of cheating and concealing from questioning of the consumers,businesses and consumers communication mechanism between smooth enough,lead to negative influence to further expand J enterprise crisis.Finally,combined with the 5S principle of crisis public relations and the life cycle theory of public crisis management,this paper proposes that modern enterprises should improve their crisis awareness and cultivate opinion leaders in the new media environment.Enterprises should establish and improve the corresponding crisis warning mechanism,build a multi-dimensional supervision system and build a good communication mechanism to prevent the occurrence of crisis events.Through the analysis of two famous crisis events of enterprise J and the proposal of relevant strategies,it is expected to provide suggestions and references for enterprises to deal with the crisis of public opinion in new media.
