Cleaning robot is designed in this paper is mainly used in the service sector,people also colloquially as intelligent vacuum robot,some data is also known as automatic vacuum cleaner,it is a kind of high-tech products,developed rapidly in recent years,mainly using computer,electronic and mechanical design knowledge,can imitate human body clean sport,clean technology on the technical design and technology of the mobile robot.Such cleaning robots on the basis of saving a large amount of labor resources for human being to solve a key problem,namely if human face harsh environment or complex environment,only temporary work,not long-term continuous working,then cleaning robot can develop its significant advantages,can replace human work to complete human tasks.This is also the main reason why in recent years,with the continuous progress and development of science and technology and society,cleaning robots have been paid more and more attention at home and abroad.At present,cleaning robot is mainly provided for household use,and it has become a hot research direction in the field of service robot.Of course,although the robot has been developed and put into use,it also has its limitations and disadvantages.For example,in a dynamic environment,its adaptability is poor,cost is high,coverage is low,and coverage efficiency is low.No matter to be able to theoretical or technical analysis,to be able to research and design a cleaning robot that can independently complete the indoor vacuuming tasks arranged by its owner has certain challenges,because it applies a number of artificial intelligence technologies.At present,in the market,the automatic intelligent vacuum cleaner integrates a number of key technologies of mobile robots,which can better represent the core tasks of cleaning robots.It can be seen from the market research that the research and development design of automatic intelligent vacuum cleaner has certain challenges for the researchers and at the same time has a considerable market prospect.It is widely applicable and can be used in various public service places including families.In this paper,a fully automatic cleaning robot is designed.First,the definition of cleaning robot and the development status of cleaning robot are described.The design background and significance of this topic are discussed.In this paper,the overall structure of the cleaning robot is discussed,and the path planning and motion analysis of the cleaning robot are put forward.In order to reduce the cost and save energy,the cleaning robot is designed to carry out the cleaning tasks with different directions in a zigzag way.The obstacle and environmental information are judged by the cleaning result,and then the edge tracking is carried out according to the sensor signal to achieve the purpose of cleaning the obstacle and environmental edge,and finally all the information is corrected to finally achieve full coverage cleaning.Because of the low energy consumption in the design process,the design is simple and the design method is complete and practical,it provides a theoretical basis for similar research.
