With the rapid development of science and technology,artificial intelligence has been very popular,it also makes the application field of robot become widespread,develope a kind of intelligent machine which can be used in indoor and the whole building to remote control cleaning job,at the same time,has image transmission,is practical and significant.By the two-way wireless transmission between PC and the smart mobile car with camera,may realize the video image remote in close-distance of cleaning function.The content of this article includes the following aspects:the cleaning robot control system based on ATmegal28 micro controller.The system integrates the application of UART serial port communication remote robot control system,speed control system,sensor and interface unit,video unit,wheel motor drive unit,so as to realize the motion control of the cleaning robot.Video transmission tracking system can realize remote control of the robot cleaning and road condition monitoring.Described in this article,the cleaning robot for 4 rounds of dc motor control,on both sides of the motor is controlled by the same signal.AVR microcontroller ATmegal28 chip is used in the main processor,tie-in CMOS camera,data flow through the mpeg-4 encoder code under the control of the FPGA controller after sent to PC by nRF24LU1 chip.Image restoration after PC receives the data,make robots can through the PC keyboard according to the image of remote-controlled robot cleaning job,and can monitor roads at night,video monitoring.This article also wrote a cleaning the mobile robot motion control system's overall program,as well as the lane tracking and remote control program.This robot has been proved by matlab simulation after using the PID algorithm,the robot can meet the needs of the path tracking.
