As the main methods of cleaning the centralair-conditioning ductwork, central air-conditioning robot moves to a specific goal and accomplishes the task of cleaning, which is highly practical value and commercial value. Therefore, the research and implementation of central air-conditioning robot control system has certain value.A complete cleaning of the central air-conditioning equipment includes the control box and cleaning robot. This paper focuses on the central air-conditioning cleaning robot control system and discusses the feasibility of the system.First this paper analysises the central air-conditioning pipe cleaning the background and the status quo, the central air-conditioning at home and abroad and the development of clean robot, expounds on the subject of research background and significance, the paper outlines the organizational form and Research.Then on the basis of the central air-conditioning cleaning robot remote control system control box platform, the paper focuses on the central air-conditioning cleaning robot smart control system and the achievement of operating safety. Robot control in accordance with the overall programme and the idea of modular design, detailed analysises of the control system of micro-controller module, obstacle avoidance modules, motor drive modules, power modules, speed data acquisition module and the module circuit hardware and software programming.In order to solve the existing problems of cleaning the pipes, this paper in-depth studies the intelligent robot obstacle avoidance and security of the operating principle.Finally, the paper summarizes the major work and research, and prospects the research directions in the future.
