In the long course of human development,in order not to lose ourselves in the wild,our ancestors invented the compass,a satellite and other tools successively.In a build-up environment where people build by themselves,they are easy to lose in some place such as parking lots,hospitals,supermarkets and other rooms as well as wasting a lot of time.In order to solve these problems,indoor positioning techniques have become a hot topic among scholars.WIFI based indoor location technology is a relatively mature one at present.However,WIFI signals are complex in the indoor environment so that the location performance is not stable.In view of this problem,this paper studies on the WIFI indoor location method based on the mixed signal distribution.Firstly,the common indoor location techniques and schemes are introduced as well as concluding their advantages,disadvantages and application conditions.On the basis of these,the T test and U test methods are described.Furthermore,the WIFI indoor location method based on the mixed signal distribution is introduced.Then,this scheme is studied in details and simulated.In order to increase the positioning accuracy,we study three aspects: location algorithms selection,alpha selection and the region matching probability formula.From the simulation results,we can see that a reasonable selection of location algorithm and alpha value can effectively improve the positioning accuracy.Moreover,considering the actual environment,the improved regional matching probability formula can further improve the location performance.
