With the rapid development of information science and artificial intelligence,the improvement of social productivity and the necessary fast management by many enterprises including the intelligent ability of attention,therefore also get rapid development.The enrollment of colleges and universities is complicated in content and heavy workload.The traditional enrollment mode itself runs at the bottom of the operation and the enrollment time is long,which often cannot adapt to the rapid development of the society.As early as 2002,the Ministry of education called on Colleges and universities to carry out the online enrollment system gradually,but its effect was not obvious.The admissions management system is part of the construction of information technology in Colleges and universities,which is closely related to the future development of vocational colleges.This paper firstly introduces and analyzes the current enrollment system of colleges and universities in Dongguan,and introduces the areas for impro vement.Meanwhile,aiming at the needs of Dongguan vocational colleges,it identifies the system functional requirements of Dongguan vocational colleges.After the similarity of two modes in contrast,the design and Realization of three layer architecture of B/S mode ASPJAVA,according to the system module construction thought system is divided into basic information management,enrollment system setting,enrollment management consists of seven modules.The system stores data information of the system based on SQL Server 2014 database.At the same time,SHH framework is used to simplify the complexity of the system development process,and a variety of technology combinations provide the basis for realizing the demand.After rigorous testing,the system can not only accomplish the complex design functions of the system,such as enrollment information management,enrollment management and statistical analysis,but also system stability.There is no system collapse phenomenon during the test period.Therefore,the enrollment management system designed for the school can efficiently work in the enrollment work,meanwhile,it will standardize and systematize the enrollment work,reduce the labor time cost,and improve the work efficiency and accuracy rate.
