Design And Implementation Of A College Undergraduate Enrollment Consultation System

Nowadays,with the vigorous development of the cause of education,the number of college entrance examination candidates is increasing year by year.The growth and the vigorous development of the Internet make the college enrollment work gradually informationized.However,there are still some drawbacks in the current college undergraduate enrollment work.First of all,college enrollment work only focuses on the school itself but not on the candidates' demands.Moreover,colleges and universities generally manage the related data of enrollment work only by maintaining the form files and text documents,lacking the centralized management of the relevant data,which greatly lowers the efficiency of enrollment work.Finally,the communication between examinees and universities is mainly conducted offline,and the high communication cost leads to the lack of timeliness,which to some extent,hinders the smooth progress of enrollment work.To sum up,the examinees may undergo an unfriendly experience.Besides,it also leads to high cost and inefficiency in the course of college enrollment work.Therefore,in order to ensure the efficient and orderly college undergraduate enrollment work,it is urgent to carry out its information construction.Based on the actual needs of a university,this paper provides a set of solutions for college undergraduate enrollment consulting system,and offers professional recommendation services to examinees,so as to solve the core demands of examinees in the course of undergraduate enrollment work.It provides an online way for universities to manage the relevant data of undergraduate enrollment as a whole,and applies the consulting Q&A platform to the college undergraduate enrollment work,which provides equal communication channels for both sides.In this paper,the system is designed and constructed in accordance with the guiding ideology of software engineering:First,it analyzes the demand of the undergraduate enrollment consulting system.Based on the demand analysis,the overall framework,database,communication interface and other aspects of the enrollment consultation system are designed.Second,each module of the system is designed and coded in detail.Then,in order to ensure the correctness of the system,this paper carries out the test process including unit test and function test.Finally,this paper analyzes and summarizes the deficiencies of the system,and clarifies the optimization direction of the subsequent iteration of the system.This paper has finally completed all the construction work of the college enrollment consultation system.The front-end of the system is developed with Vue.js framework,while the back-end is developed with SSM framework.The server-side rendering technology is used to improve the users'experience of the candidates.The project has realized the innovation of the work mode of college enrollment,and now it has been put into use.
