PACS system(Picture Archiving and Communication Systems)is a medical image archiving and transmission system.Due to the complex structure of the system,discovering the shortcomings of the PACS system and solving the problem have always been an important issue since the PACS system was launched.DICOM is the only common image format of PACS system.However,with the development of PACS system,when medical staff in the relevant industry need to export image to learn,browse,circulate and explore,the image cannot be opened in an intelligent terminal without a DICOM browser.Therefore,this project surveyed the user needs of relevant practitioners and designed a screen capture software that can meet the special requirements of PACS system to get the common image formats,based on the E language Chinese programming environment.First,through the investigation of the use needs of the relevant professionals in Xiangya No.2 Hospital of Central South University,the screenshot system should have the following functions: 1.the function of offline cross-screen screenshot in medical imaging workstation;2.the acquired image being high-definition non-destructive;3.multi-format,fast,automatic screenshot;4.realizing the basic function of recording dynamic image;5.automatically putting batch image after interception Enter the corresponding PPT file;6.automatically obtaining the case information of the screenshot,and saving it to the file name;7.realizing the intelligent terminal to wirelessly acquire the target image;8.having some advanced settings and user experience performance;9.having the function of registration and authorization.Then,through the research on the core algorithm of cross-screen screenshot,the software interface and related functions are designed in detail according to the above requirements.The programming modules and API functions in the programming environment of E language are used to write programs that meet the basic requirements,and then a series of compilation,debugging,optimization and update are carried out.Finally,the software was successfully tested and operated in the PACS system of the radiology department of Xiangya No.2 Hospital of Central South University.This project is based on the design and implementation of the PACS systemscreenshot software for E language environment.It successfully writes the PACS system screenshot software which is more convenient to use,solves the inconvenience in a series of radiology medical teaching work,and broadens the development of screenshot software.The offline application of the screen provides an important direction for the wireless terminal to receive screenshot information.It also proves the practicability,modularity,and concise code of the E language through this application example.
