The supply chain finance is based on the credit of the core enterprises.The clever product design can help the small,medium and micro enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the core enterprises to obtain financing support without real estate collateral.It mainly has four product modes: accounts receivable financing,inventory financing,prepayment financing and strategic relationship financing.The emergence and development of e-commerce is based on the development of the Internet,and its essence is the on-line trade behavior between the upstream and downstream of the supply chain.Although it is still a traditional buying and selling behavior,e-commerce has its own significant characteristics because it is separated from the traditional offline brick-and-mortar store transaction scene,one of which is the precipitation of massive transaction data.The rapid development of e-commerce provides a good application scenario for supply chain finance.In the work of the author,it is found that many small and medium-sized self-run B2 B e-commerce platforms of similar size to Z company have a good desire to play the role of core enterprises to develop supply chain finance,and their upstream and downstream small,medium and micro enterprises also have urgent financing needs,but they have been unable to implement them due to unknown methods.This paper studies how to design supply chain financial products with Z company as the core enterprise.Firstly,this paper combs the domestic and foreign supply chain financial product models and supply chain financial risk management theories through literature research,summarizes the theoretical basis of this paper,and introduces the methods and tools such as Y model analysis method for product design and interview survey method for research.Then,the interview research method is used to analyze the surface demand,pain points,causes of pain points,and motivations behind the demand of all parties in the supply chain of Z company's self-operated B2 B e-commerce platform.Then,the supply chain of Z company as the core enterprise is sorted out,and the strategic relationship financing product mode is locked as the design direction according to the resource situation and business planning.Finally,through case study,JD finance was selected as a financial institution,Z company as the core enterprise,and Z company as the downstream channel provider as the financing customer,and the product planning and design were carried out for them,and the feasibility was verified.This paper draws the following conclusion: the product design is feasible.To successfully design a supply chain financial product for Z company that can support its business development in the long run,it is necessary to fully sort out internal resources and skillfully integrate external resources.There are only four models of supply chain finance,which involve only three parties,but when placed in different scenarios,they can make a huge difference in the details.Through data model analysis,Z company as the core enterprise,JD finance as a financial institution,and downstream channel merchants of Z company as a financing customer all have positive returns.Finally,the author proposes Suggestions for the future development of Z company in the field of supply chain finance,including the gradual expansion model in products,the selection of financial institutions to gradually connect with commercial Banks with low capital cost,and the strategic reserve and accumulation of its own risk control ability in big data and artificial intelligence technologies.
