In recent years,the computer applied software is becoming more widely used and its function is getting more and more powerful.The quality of software interface directly affects the function of software system.Due to the large amount of information and various types of information in the software interface,it is easy to lead to the problems of disordered information,unclear hierarchical structure and poor information guidance,which increases the cognitive burden of users and seriously affects their operational efficiency and user experience.Firstly,based on the theory of design and the theory of information organization,the interface information structure of applied software should be studied from the visual structure and logical structure.The way of information organization and the path of information interaction in the visual structure are analyzed,and how the visual structure reflects the logical structure of information is expounded.The information construction based on the relationship between information and practicability in the logic structure is analyzed,and how the logic structure determines the visual structure of information is explained.Secondly,based on the user's cognitive characteristics and behavioral differences,the interface problems that affect user cognition are analyzed.The user cognitive needs in the process of perception,attention,memory and thinking are put forward,combined with the typical behavior differences between novice users and skilled users,the mapping model of "user cognition-information structure" of the application software interface is established.On this basis,according to the characteristics of information and user's cognitive needs,the design strategies of information structure are proposed from three aspects:the whole information coding,the information association coding and the information entity coding.The applied software interface information structure optimization model based on user cognition are constructed.Finally,an example of the applied software is selected to redesign the information structure according to the optimization model,and the feasibility of the information structure optimization model is verified by eye movement experiment and subjective evaluation method.The optimization model proposed has a good applicability,which has a good guidance for the design of the interface information structure of the applied software.
