With the development of modern technology,various emerging technologies and software applications are emerging one after another,and enterprises are beginning to face the operation and maintenance monitoring problems of various servers and systems.How to use relevant technology to achieve automatic operation and maintenance,help enterprise operation and maintenance technicians,to get rid of the task of repeatedly viewing the operating parameters of each middleware is a problem that every enterprise must consider.This thesis is based on the current enterprise-level monitoring system framework technology,combined with real-time alarm and predictive alarm warning strategy,to build a metrics-based performance monitoring system.This thesis firstly investigates the popular monitoring framework technology and related algorithms used in the monitoring system,and then analyzes the basic functional requirements and performance requirements of the system in detail,and designs and implements the modules of the monitoring system based on the research and analysis.,including data acquisition module,data processing upload module,data monitoring display module,alarm module and time scheduling module.After the relevant research,the linear regression algorithm and the exponential regression algorithm are combined to analyze the trend of the monitoring indicators,so as to realize the predictive alarm module in the early warning module.The monitoring system is implemented using the metrics-based Prometheus + Grafana architecture,which implements all processes from data capture to presentation and alarming of anomalies,which is a popular structure in today's surveillance field.At present,the metrics-based performance monitoring system has realized the development of all functional modules,and has realized related functions such as system monitoring,log management,and system alarm.Through a series of designed tests and analysis,the system can well meet the expected implementation goals,and the completed system is also used internally within the enterprise.In addition to avoiding the duplication of operation and maintenance and liberating it from the cold parameters,the implementation of the monitoring system also enabled the operation and maintenance technicians to further understand the monitored objects and lay a good foundation for subsequent optimization.
