In terms of quantity and height,China is a country with super high-rise buildings.With the rise of a large number of super high-rise buildings in China,the number of super high-rise exterior decoration projects has also increased.At the same time,it has brought huge challenges to the traditional surveying industry.specialty.The traditional measurement interface has the disadvantages of low efficiency,poor accuracy and low security for these characteristics.In recent years,the three-dimensional laser scanning technology has gradually risen in China,which has caused a revolution in the surveying world,which can make up for the lack of traditional surveying methods in the super high-rise exterior decoration,create economic benefits,and improve construction quality.In the past,many scholars applied 3D laser scanning technology to building measurement,and super high-rise exterior decoration projects have more special and different features than ordinary buildings.Therefore,this article decided to use 3D laser scanning technology with BIM.The technology performs positioning monitoring of case engineering exterior decoration projects,and explores its application methods and application effects.Verified the feasibility of 3D laser scanning technology in super high-rise curtain wall positioning monitoring.The full text of the research content and research results are summarized as follows:(1)Based on the existing research results,the research ideas and plans are determined.The three-dimensional laser scanning technology is used in the three major processes of the super high-rise exterior curtain wall project,namely,the three major processes of the external wall positioning monitoring of the civil wall,the keel positioning monitoring,and the aluminum plate curtain wall testing.In the three major processes,different instruments and software are used to compare and study the applicable methods and the applicable effects.(2)According to the working principle,characteristics,and error source of 3D laser scanning technology,the implementation details in the three major processes are determined.The operation process of 3D laser scanning technology in each major process is the process of field data collection,interior data processing,and fitting analysis.However,the operation method of each process is different,and the effect and meaning are often different.(3)In the process of scanning and monitoring of civil facades,it has been discovered that the target-to-absolute coordinate method is a commonly used method in the collection of super high-rise exterior data.In the internal data processing stage,the operations of denoising,facet segmentation,and format conversion are mainly performed.In the fitting analysis phase,the flatness and verticality analysis are mainly performed to ensure the quality of the keel installation in the next step.(4)During the positioning monitoring of the keel,it was discovered that the pulsed instrument is more suitable for field data collection of super high-rise exterior decoration,and according to the principle of the instrument and the source of the error,the operation details during data collection were explored.In the internal data processing stage,keel point cloud denoising needs to be performed manually with software denoising to improve the point cloud resolution and ensure the point cloud quality.At the stage of fitting analysis,the three-dimensional laser scanning technology can be found to perform mutual verification of point clouds and BIM models.To pave the way for the final aluminum clad columns,(5)In the positioning detection of aluminum panel curtain walls,field data collection requires field observation of the point cloud quality of the measured object.In the field data processing,use different software than before,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two software,and each is suitable for use.In the process of fitting analysis,the completion quality of the aluminum plate curtain wall was verified from a macro perspective,the feasibility of the subject was verified,and the technical methods and effects studied were affirmed.
