There are more and more high-rise buildings with the rapid development of modernization, and high-rise building wall cleaning industry is also evolving. The high-rise glass curtain wall cleaning robot has important practical significance and broad application prospect in improving the working environment, improving the working efficiency and reducing the cleaning cost.This paper analyzes the design characteristics and research trends of the current wall cleaning robot, and develops a high-rise glass curtain wall cleaning robot. The overall design scheme of the high-rise glass curtain wall cleaning robot is proposed.The cleaning robot adopts the frame type movement mode, and cooperates with multiple vacuum suction cups to realize the alternating adsorption, and adopts the roller brush to cooperate with the neutral cleaning liquid to realize the cleaning operation. Based on the analysis of the safety of the climbing robot, the anti-slip condition and the anti-overturning condition of the robot body are put forward. The robot climbing wall system and the cleaning system are designed, and the three-dimensional model of the cleaning robot body is established. The static characteristics of the robot body under the most unfavorable static wind load are analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, and the modal and harmonic response dynamics of the cleaning robot body are analyzed.According to the previous analysis results, the optimization objectives and schemes of the robot ontology are put forward, and the static and dynamic simulation analysis of the whole structure after optimization is carried out. According to the structure of the robot, the model of the main components of the robot system is determined, and the aerodynamic diagram of the cleaning robot is designed. Aiming at the concrete function of cleaning robot, the hardware selection and software design of the robot body control system are carried out. According to the characteristics and operating environment of the cleaning robot, the movement and path of the robot cleaning operation are planned.
